Core Manufacturing Processes
We support full-process stainless steel fabrication using CNC-controlled and manual precision operations:
Laser cutting for high-precision sheet metal parts
CNC bending/forming for complex geometries and tight tolerances
TIG / MIG welding for structural strength and load-bearing assemblies
Deburring and edge finishing to remove sharp edges and burrs
Surface treatment including brushing, polishing, and anti-corrosion finishing
Mechanical assembly for multi-part structures (on request)
Capability Range
To ensure realistic project evaluation and reduce production risk, our standard capability range includes:
- Sheet thickness: 0.5 mm – 6.0 mm (adjustable depending on structure design)
- Cutting accuracy: ±0.1 mm (laser cutting standard process)
- Bending force range: Suitable for small to medium structural components (project-based evaluation required)
- Welding thickness capability: Up to 10 mm stainless steel (depending on joint structure)
- Production types: Prototype, small batch, and scalable mass production
For complex or high-load structures, our engineering team will provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback before production.
Materials & Stainless Steel Grades
We select materials based on mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and application environment:
- SUS304: General industrial and structural applications with good corrosion resistance
- SUS316 / 316L: Marine, chemical, and high-corrosion environments
- Cold rolled stainless steel: Structural components requiring higher rigidity and stability
- Custom material grades available upon project requirement
Material traceability (Mill Test Certificate) can be provided for each production batch upon request.

Quality Control System
We implement a multi-stage inspection system to ensure dimensional stability and structural reliability:
- Incoming material inspection (grade verification, surface condition, MTC check)
- In-process inspection during cutting, bending, and welding stages
- First Article Inspection (FAI) for new or customized projects
- Final inspection before packaging and shipment
- Dimensional reports available upon request
Inspection equipment may include precision calipers, gauges, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), depending on project requirements.
Application Industries
Our stainless steel components are widely used in:
- EV charging infrastructure systems
- Solar energy enclosures and cabinets
- Industrial automation machinery
- Electrical control panels and housings
- Outdoor protective metal structures
- Mechanical support brackets and structural assemblies
