Capability Range

 

To ensure realistic project evaluation and reduce production risk, our standard capability range includes:

  • Sheet thickness: 0.5 mm – 6.0 mm (adjustable depending on structure design)
  • Cutting accuracy: ±0.1 mm (laser cutting standard process)
  • Bending force range: Suitable for small to medium structural components (project-based evaluation required)
  • Welding thickness capability: Up to 10 mm stainless steel (depending on joint structure)
  • Production types: Prototype, small batch, and scalable mass production

For complex or high-load structures, our engineering team will provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback before production.
